Scheduler - Maintenance
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 P/A
Location: Chesterfield
Full time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4.30pm
Are you a skilled administrator with scheduling experience? Do you have any Maintenance, PPM, Engineering or Construction experience? Attega Groupis currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Scheduler to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to schedule, plan and organise Maintenance Engineers across the UK. In return, our client is offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 P/A depending on experience, plus 25 days holidays + bank holidays. This role is full-time and permanent.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining schedules and updating spreadsheets for planned works
* Organising the diary management for planned maintenance work
* Taking phone calls regarding planned maintenance and reactive call out work and directing their enquiry to the correct member of staff
* Contacting clients to make them aware of an Engineer attending site to complete planned works
* Ordering PPE for maintenance staff
The ideal candidate:
* Must have Scheduling experience
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Will need previous experience in a similar role
* Must be highly organised, a great problem solver and a team player.
