The Role:
The firm is seeking a Senior employment Lawyer (10+ PQE) to support the continued growth of the department. You will advise both individuals and institutional/commercial clients across the full range of employment matters, with experience in discrimination litigation. Alongside managing a busy caseload, you will supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development, and play an active role in shaping the team's direction.

The Candidate & Package:
* You will have at least 10 years' PQE with substantial experience advising across all aspects of employment law.
* A strong background in discrimination litigation, experience supervising fee earners, and confident negotiation skills are essential.
* You should be commercially aware, organised, and motivated to contribute to business development. An existing client following or strong referrer relationships would be advantageous.
