3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Manage legal risks associated with technology procurement and licensing agreements.
5. Advise on intellectual property strategies and protection of proprietary technologies.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in technology and financial services.
7. Support the resolution of disputes related to technology agreements.
8. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for technology transactions.
