Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Support childrens learning, development, and wellbeing Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with children and parents Observe, assess, and record childrens progress Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment Work collaboratively xjlbheb with colleagues to ensure outstanding childcare provision Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times Communicate effectively with parents and carers about childrens development
