Overview
Due to the continued success and forecast growth of the Vertu Motors plc Group of Companies, we are looking to recruit a Property Project Manager to be based in the South West to support our portfolio of dealerships nationwide.

The role delivers a range of exciting construction projects, refurbishments, and small works across our wide range of brands spanning over 190 dealerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of construction projects from tender through to building handover and occupation, with experience of commercial property construction and a proven track record of completing retail projects.
Responsibilities
Based at one of our regional dealerships, you will support our dealership network nationally, with travel expected. You will attend meetings at our Support Centre in Gateshead and may require occasional overnight stays. You will report directly to the Group Property Development Director and be an integral part of the property team, improving standards and ensuring that all projects are completed to comply with all relevant British Standards in a safe manner.
You will manage the delivery of refurbishments and exiting small works projects, playing an instrumental role in delivering final products to the highest standards, controlled financially and in accordance with budget constraints.
Requirements
You will have a construction background with Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying experience and a proven track record in Retail/Commercial properties. A good understanding of the Built Environment is required. Membership of the RICS, CIOB or APM would be advantageous. You should be professional, capable of working independently, highly motivated, and self-managed with excellent communication and team skills.
