We are looking for a performance-driven Income Manager to lead a team and deliver an effective income recovery service within a large, socially responsible housing organisation. Role Details: * Permanent position * Salary: up to £52,000 per annum * Full-time, hybrid flexibility depending on location Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of Customer Account Leads and Recovery Officers * Deliver consistent and customer-focused income management services * Monitor performance against KPIs and manage arrears across the full lifecycle * Collaborate across departments to improve outcomes and support complex cases * Deputise for the Regional Income Manager as needed * Manage up to 20,000 accounts with a value of up to £8.5M in arrears Skills & Experience Required: * Senior-level experience in income collection, debt recovery, or tenancy services * Strong team leadership and coaching skills * Excellent communication and customer service capability * Knowledge of Housing Law, Welfare Reform, and legal protocols for arrears * Able to analyse and report on performance data to drive service improvements * Skilled in working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Why Apply? * Join one of the UK’s leading housing providers * Permanent leadership role with real social impact * Career growth opportunities within a supportive, values-led organisation Apply now
