Division: Installations - Fire Suppression Location: Maidstone, Kent We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for our Fire Suppression projects, including sprinkler systems and dry and wet risers, based in Maidstone. About the Role You will oversee all commercial aspects of projects from inception through to final account: Contract Management: Manage contractual compliance and communication across JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts. Risk Management: Work closely with Project Managers to identify, assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Cost Control: Prepare and submit payment applications, manage variations and monitor project costs. Reporting: Produce accurate weekly and monthly cost value reconciliation (CVR) reports for senior management. What We're Looking For We value strong Quantity Surveying fundamentals and a positive, proactive attitude. Previous experience in fire suppression is not essential, as full sector-specific training will be provided.
