Renowned for their expert knowledge within the Employment and Regulatory sectors, they boast a global reach, advising on matters across the US & EMEA markets aswell as a supportive friendly environment, with may staff members here for over 10 years. The team is looking for an experienced secretary to support the managing partner whilst offering with some additional support to one other stakeholder. Complex diary management Onboarding new clients, and responding to their queries Opening, closing and archiving of files Answering company telephone for inbound client queries Managing the set up of & take down of meetings End to end monthly billing - working closely with the internal billing department Document Preparation such as formatting and typing Working closely with partners to plan ahead for conferences Supporting fee earners with the creation of business development documents and events Ad hoc office management duties such as maintaining stationary and refreshments About You You may be a senior Legal Secretary who is looking to join a smaller team or interested in pursuing a career focused in Employment Law. 4 years in a Legal Secretary position Previous experience working in a boutique firm A proactive team player Excellent communication skills & attention to detail Experience within Employment or Regulatory Law Permanent working rights in the UK If you are looking for that next step in your Secretarial career then this could be the next step for you.
