The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Manual Tester to join the Organise development team. Someone with a sharp eye for detail and a solid foundation in testing practices—someone who’s excited about working across UI, API, and database layers, and who’s also keen to develop their automation skills.
This is an ideal role if you love digging into the details of software, spotting bugs before they become problems, and want to gradually expand your toolkit with tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in manual testing, who’s ready to grow their automation skills in a supportive, fast-moving environment. You’ll begin by crafting and executing detailed manual test cases, hunting down bugs with precision and care. But this isn’t a static role. You’ll be encouraged—and supported—to stretch your skills into automation, working with tools like Selenium, Appium, and Cypress, gradually building your technical toolkit as you go.
Our QA Engineers don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll work closely with developers, contribute to requirement reviews, and be part of conversations about how we build and release software. You’ll also have a say in shaping our QA strategy, helping us define what “quality” really means and how we uphold it as a team.
