They have a opportunity for a Organiser to join their North West team. Working with lay officials and staff colleagues, you will further develop the strength of the Union, by actively engaging with members and their employers, in the school environment to identify organising and campaigning opportunities, whilst also recruiting, training and mentoring new members, workplace representatives and lay officials.
Ideally with experience of the education sector, you will be able to use your experience of trade union organising, casework and campaigning, and your interpersonal and presentational skills, to inspire the confidence, commitment and participation of members..
