Team Lead Cabin Fitter
Location: Wigan
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week.
Pay Rate: £15.62

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspire and engage operatives, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the work requirements and providing guidance when needed, fostering a sense of shared purpose and commitment.
Lead by example in all aspects of the role, including actively getting involved in the maintenance and repair of cabins, demonstrating your hands-on expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive excellence in performance by monitoring operatives' speed and quality of work, delivering constructive feedback, and empowering them to reach their full potential.
Lead the charge in achieving operational efficiency targets, motivating and guiding staff to maximise productivity and optimise processes, making each project a resounding success.
Proactively communicate any issues related to staff performance or material shortages to the Production Manager, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and maintain seamless operations.
Collaborate closely with tradespeople, offering valuable support and assistance, leveraging your expertise in general maintenance skills and proficient use of power tools.
Uphold and exceed Algeco's stringent quality standards, continuously checking and working in alignment with customer expectations, creating a lasting impression of excellence in every project.
Foster a strong health and safety culture within the team, promoting awareness, compliance, and accountability for maintaining a safe working environment.
