We have a proven track record in successfully protecting distressed assets for Corporate Recovery, Restructuring and LPA or Fixed Charge Receiver clients. Our approach includes pre and post appointment advisory, delivery of rapid security services and unoccupied premises insurance compliance management. We are searching for a key account manager to oversee the busy day to day running of one of our most valuable customer relationships. With a focus on long-term client retention and ensuring our Client receives tailored support and value in a busy, fast paced environment. Core responsibilities include day to day client engagement, understanding business needs, supporting our Clients requirements whilst managing the planned growth. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the main point of contact for our Client Understanding our Client goals and aligning services to their needs Coordinating with our internal teams to deliver consistently Managing account retention through a SLA Reporting on account health and satisfaction Supporting onboarding, delivery, and troubleshooting Building long-term relationships Tracking client performance and usage trends Feeding back insights to product or service teams Skills and requirements: 3 years of experience in key account management or sales roles Proven ability to retain and grow strategic accounts Skilled in relationship building and identifying cross-selling opportunities Confidence leading quarterly reviews, negotiations, and renewals Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Comfortable working closely with internal support teams Strong understanding of customer goals and success metrics Ability to act as primary point of contact for Key Client
