exceptional holiday experiences, and we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join
our team and support our HIVE venue at Devon Hills Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
As a Food
& Beverage Team Member, you will:
* Prepare food and menu items, including
operating kitchen equipment such as ovens and fryers, ensuring food safety and
hygiene standards are met.
* Serve food and beverages to guests
and owners, maintaining excellent service and presentation standards.
* Provide menu knowledge, making
recommendations and answering guest questions with confidence.
* Maintain cleanliness and keep the service
area and floor organised at
all times.
* Support the team to deliver smooth
daily operations, assisting with stock rotation and basic food preparation.
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally,
ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and
enthusiastic individual with:
* Previous food and beverage experience (desirable)
* Experience using kitchen equipment (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and
confidence engaging with guests
* Working knowledge of POS systems and
general retail equipment
* Good numeracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices
