Our franchise team supports global entrepreneurs to start their own business using the Reed name, with the help of the Reed Group’s infrastructure, tools, and resources to accelerate their success.
We're hiring a Franchise Development Consultant (also known as Recruitment Coach).
Are you passionate about recruitment, coaching, and business growth? Do you thrive on helping others succeed? Join us at RFP and play a key role in supporting and scaling our international franchise network.
What’s the role about?
You will work closely with our Director of International Franchising to grow the Reed Franchise network—in both headcount and profitability. You will coach and support our existing franchisees to improve performance, increase revenue, and maintain Reed's high standards.
This is a diverse and dynamic role involving:
* One-to-one coaching and performance support
* Delivering induction and ongoing training
* Relationship and account management
* Supporting franchise sales and onboarding
* Driving engagement with Reed resources and tools
* Leading operational improvements and process efficiencies
What are we looking for?
We seek someone who understands recruitment and recognizes what good looks like. You should be credible and confident in delivering coaching and training, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, and able to balance franchise support with sales activities. Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and a strong LinkedIn presence are highly desirable.
