Job Description
The MiLK Collective is a London-based management agency representing top models based in the UK and worldwide. MiLK is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be joining a team of three people in a busy agency environment, and reporting to the Finance Director. You must have at least one years' finance experience, have a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in where needed. This role is a permanent, full-time and an office-based role.
Responsibilities
* Raising invoices in multiple currencies (approx. 300 invoices per month).
* Allocation of client and model payments.
* Processing weekly talent payment runs.
* Liaising with clients regarding invoicing and payment queries.
* Answering email and in-person queries from talent regarding their accounts.
* Purchase ledger data entry.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years' experience as an Accounts Assistant.
* Experience using Sage 50 or Sage 200 preferred.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be proactive and motivated, with a willingness to get involved in other tasks when needed.
* Ability to work quickly and operate with a sense of urgency.
* Strong IT skills.
* Team player.
