Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader Level 1 position based at our Supported Living Service (adults with Learning Disabilities) in Roundhay, Leeds, LS8.

Responsibilities

* Lead an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person‑centred outcomes.
* Drive performance, set pace and direction within services, and promote a positive, passionate culture.
* Ensure services are appropriately and effectively resourced to enhance outcomes.
* Implement and manage care plans that address challenging behaviours for residents.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality of care and professional practice.
* Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to support residents’ social and community participation.
* Act as a role model, fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace aligned with the organisation’s values.


Qualifications

* Experience working in a health or social care setting, particularly with adults with learning disabilities.
* Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3 or equivalent).
* Experience planning and managing intensive support for individuals with challenging behaviours.
* Basic IT system proficiency with willingness to learn further.
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a care environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, resilience and problem‑solving abilities.
