Main duties of the job
* Support clinical development of team members to deliver accessible, responsive services and promote participation of children, young people and families in care and service planning.
* Take clinical and line management responsibility for staff, ensuring high quality, child and young person focused service.
* Work in partnership with education and Local Authority colleagues attending meetings and panels, promoting joint working practices.
* Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure school provision is needs-led.
* Contribute to team and service development as part of Senior Management Team.
Person Specification
* Experience working in a multi-agency setting.
* Experience working with educational settings.
* Experience managing change and service development.
* Current driving license and access to a car.
* Leadership experience and experience managing a team.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs.
* Experience working with children and young people who have mental health needs.
