The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our UK team and play a hands-on role in driving client success. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing and take ownership of campaigns, client relationships, and small team coordination. This role will see you working closely with creators, clients, and our internal content strategists to ensure the right content is produced for each platform, while also managing the delivery of projects internally.
The ideal candidate will be confident across social media and digital campaigns, highly organised, and ready to step up quickly. This is a growth-focused role with a clear path into a Marketing Manager position as the agency expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead social media strategy and execution for client accounts.
* Build, document, and refine SOPs to improve efficiency.
* Act as the main point of contact for client accounts.
* Report directly to the Director of Marketing with updates and insights.
* Manage and deliver marketing projects from planning through to execution.
* Coordinate and delegate tasks across small teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Run client campaigns end-to-end with measurable results.
* Work with content strategists to ensure content is tailored for each platform and audience.
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing and optimising major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
* Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement.
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Confident using analytics and reporting tools such as native insights and Google Analytics.
* Organised and confident handling multiple clients and campaigns at once.
* Basic content creation skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimisation.
* Ability to align social media activity with wider business goals.
* Experience leading small teams and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
