Siamo are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team, a leading health care company, based in Maidstone. This position has a great working environment, friendly and welcoming team, excellent pay rates and many more perks.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

Job Purpose:
To liaise with customers across all aspects of the business, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality is maintained at all times
Main Responsibilities:
Receive and accurately record internal and external enquiries.
Ensure all queries and issues are responded to promptly, thoroughly investigated, and effectively resolved.
Liaise with customers regarding return requests, making informed decisions about timescales, value, suitability, and potential reallocation.
Manage and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks, and emergencies, coordinating with all relevant departments.
Investigate and resolve issues related to missing orders.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
Advise customers on suitable alternative products when necessary.
