What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications. Your focus will be on ensuring our products provide exceptional value and usability for our B2B clients.
* Product Strategy & Vision: Contribute to defining the product strategy and long-term vision for our web and mobile applications, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
* Agile Product Management (Discovery & Scoping): Lead comprehensive product discovery initiatives, including user research, competitive analysis and market trend assessment, to identify pain points and opportunities. Define detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Product Ownership (Delivery): Own the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility and customer needs. Work closely with engineering and design teams through the full development lifecycle, from concept to successful launch.
* New Product & Feature Conception: Drive the conceptualization and development of entirely new mobile and web products and features, ensuring they meet market demands and deliver significant client value.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion consistent iterations and improvements for existing web and mobile platform functionalities, module enhancements and UX/UI refinements to continually elevate the user experience.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and product adoption.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on product goals, scope and requirements.
* User Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ operational processes, workflows and pain points to inform product development.
* Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze and report on product performance, adoption rates, user engagement and client feedback to inform future iterations.
* Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Actively participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Economics.
* Have +3 years of experience in a product role focused on web and mobile platforms.
* Possess strong expertise in product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.
* Possess excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to the table.
* Are passionate about delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences.

* Experience working in SaaS businesses within waste management, logistics, construction or supply chain industries.
