Contributing to maintaining a positive and professional working environment
Assisting in training and mentoring service advisors and technicians as required
Ensuring compliance with automotive industry regulations and company policiesRequirements for the role:
Proven experience within a main dealership environment, ideally as a Master Technician, Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service Manager
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
An understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations
