The Role
At SPEAR, were proud to work in partnership with the London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth to deliver a pioneering service that tackles rough sleeping and street homelessness. As a Rough Sleeping Outreach and Assessment Manager, you will play a central role in both our Street Outreach Service and the Councils Assessment Hub, based in Clapham Junction, Wandsworth, providing trauma-informed, person-centred support to people experiencing homelessness.
This is a leadership role with strong operational responsibilities, where you will guide and develop a team delivering outreach and assessment services to those sleeping rough. You will provide day-to-day supervision, ensure safe and effective rota cover, and oversee high-quality assessments, support planning and partnership working.
