Closing: 19 January 2026 at midday We are looking for a n Advice Services Manager to join our Leadership Team at Housing Rights. We want someone who has strong leadership capability, operational management experience, and a commitment to high-quality advice services. About the role The Advice Services Manager supports Housing Rights vision by jointly leading the Advice Services Team and ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery of h elpline and advice services. The role includes organising daily operations and staffing, monitoring performance and service standards, supporting quality assurance and accreditation, and driving improvements based on client need. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will: lead and coordinate daily advice service delivery, including Helpline, staff allocation, referrals, courtcoverand monitoring service standards. jointly manage the Advice Services Team, including recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management, and volunteer development. ensure quality and compliance through implementation of quality management systems, support for Lexcel accreditation, and keeping staff up to date with policy,legislationand procedures. contribute to strategic and annual business planning, lead team performance scorecards, review progress against targets and produce monitoring and performance reports. support budgeting and expenditure control, provide required data to funders, and help secure continuation and development funding. build strong internal and external relationships, communicate effectively across teams, represent the organisation at events and stakeholder forums, and act as spokesperson whenrequired. About you You will have : a good standard of educational attainment or similar demonstrated level of ability. at least six months full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in leading and managing delivery of services. demonstrated experience in performance management and people management. ? demonstrated experience of project management. demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality management systems and processes knowledge of housing legislation, policy and practice in Northern Ireland.
