About The Role
We are recruiting a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our growing internal recruitment team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. The role involves Monday to Friday, 09:00am‑17:30pm hours, and will play an active and influential part in shaping the teams future focus while supporting day‑to‑day operational recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Senior Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Partner to achieve the divisional talent attraction strategy for the relevant business division.
* Provide hands‑on resourcing support for management roles, business‑critical roles, contract mobilisations and operational sites with high agency spend.
* Source and headhunt candidates via job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
* Manage the candidate journey, supporting CV shortlisting and interview scheduling.
* Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide timely and effective updates on vacancy status, aiming to reduce time to hire.
* Create partnerships with social value employment partners to develop resourcing plans that support local communities near client contracts.
* Advise hiring managers on premium advertising campaigns to increase vacancy application numbers, where appropriate.
* Utilise the new ‘Application Tracking System’ Eploy and the ‘Vendor Management System’ Indeed Flex across the UK&I Group to make data‑driven decisions on recruitment.
About You
* Experience recruiting in an agency or internal environment.
* Confidence building relationships with key stakeholders.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
* Recruitment experience within Hard Services/Engineering would be desirable.
* Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve great results for the business.
