Job Description
We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager/Support (POM) for 6 months to help steer a programme through its final phase. You'll be the link between the business and delivery teams, ensuring change is managed smoothly, UAT and testing are on track, and reporting is accurate. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives with minimal supervision and enjoys rolling up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with business stakeholders to manage change, UAT, testing, and bug management (Test Manager already in place)
* Maintain and improve programme reporting and ensure it's accurate, up-to-date, and factual
* Support development ticket closure and status tracking
* Liaise with the Programme Manager to keep the business aligned and informed
Must-Have Skills
* Strong experience with Atlassian toolsets (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
* Proven track record in Agile programme delivery and full agile lifecycle
* Background in software development environments
* Hands-on experience with testing, UAT management, and reporting
* Self-starter and able to work independently and hit the ground running
* Comfortable working without a large support team

* Experience with CRM
* Data migration project experience
