We are a growing electrical company based in Marlow, providing high-quality services to our clients across the region. As our team expands, we're looking for a detail-oriented and organised Finance & Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied position where you'll play a key part in both finance and general office administration. You'll support the director with day-to-day tasks, manage records with accuracy, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily financial operations, including data entry and record keeping
* Maintain accurate financial records using SAGE and Microsoft Office
* Carry out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
* Handle phone and email inquiries professionally
* Support the company director with administrative tasks as required
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry
* Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency
* Use Google Workspace for document management and communication
What We're Looking For
* Previous office/administrative experience is essential
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Workspace)
* Strong experience with SAGE
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong attention to detail with accurate typing/data entry skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
