Java Developer (Documentum Training Opportunity)
Location: Telford (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
* Participate in training and hands‑on learning for OpenText Documentum.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
* Support Documentum‑related development and customization post‑training.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
* Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills
* 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE development.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Willingness to learn and work on Documentum technologies.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Flexibility to work onsite in Telford twice a week.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Exposure to enterprise content management systems.
* Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
