Requirements
* Industry relevant experience gained in either a retail or head office based role preferred.
* Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
* Genuine passion and interest in the fashion, beauty and direct to consumer industries.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel etc.
* Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
