About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Mill House’s continued success. You’ll lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and take full ownership of the site’s performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for:
* Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, motivated team.
* Inspiring and developing your managers and team to ensure high engagement and retention.
* Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L.
* Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
* Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
* Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sharp eye for detail.
* Championing our brand values and ensuring your team delivers them with pride.
* Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
* Using guest feedback to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
