£47,212 per annum
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a pivotal role within our Homes and Investment directorate, leading our sales, home ownership and marketing activity and contributing to the delivery of our Growth and Great Homes ambitions.
You will take responsibility for shaping and delivering our sales and marketing offer across shared ownership, private sale, disposals and emerging tenure products. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you’ll ensure strong sales performance, excellent customer experience and value for money.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of an effective sales and marketing strategy aligned to organisational growth objectives.
* Develop, manage and promote our shared ownership, private sale and disposal offer, ensuring robust processes from marketing through to handover.
* Support delivery of the Option Appraisal & Disposal Strategy, ensuring homes are market‑ready and sold to maximise return on investment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors, legal advisers, surveyors and Help to Buy agents.
* Oversee customer journeys at all stages of buying or selling, ensuring high standards of service and communication.
* Work closely with development and investment colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote value for money, good design and effective service‑charge modelling.
* Provide specialist advice on Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, shared ownership and housing market trends, responding to legislative and market changes.
* Lead the development of our digital sales presence, including website content and social media for sales products.
* Line manage and develop colleagues within the Sales & Marketing team, supporting performance, learning and service improvement.
* Champion equity, diversity and inclusion, embedding best practice and addressing poor behaviour through a zero‑tolerance approach.

A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel independently will be required for this role.
