Payroll Delivery Coordinator – Hybrid (Bolton Office 3 Days / Home 2 Days)

We are looking for a detail-focused and organised Payroll Delivery Coordinator to support the fortnightly payroll process for ISS UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of payroll processes, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inputting data for starters, leavers, changes, absences, and additional hours into payroll systems.
* Validating all payroll input to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Managing manual input of hourly timesheets where required.
* Supporting seasonal adjustments and Agenda for Change (AfC) processing.
* Assisting the Payroll Delivery Manager during critical payroll periods.
* Handling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders.
* Maintaining a high standard of payroll service delivery.
About You:
* Experience working within a payroll environment and handling payroll data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Able to organise and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.
* A flexible, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Understands the importance of data privacy and handles employee information securely.
* Confident in engaging with colleagues across various teams and departments.
