Key responsibilities include working with the Client Relationship Manager to develop and implement a client success strategy, collaborating with a high-performing team, identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction, creating and reporting valuable data presentations. Responsibilities/Key Tasks * First point of contact for existing clients * Work closely with the resourcing team to ensure high levels of fulfilment & compliance across all accounts * Report generation and market data analysis * Planning for recruitment drives and uplifts with the Client Relationship Manager & Head of Resourcing * Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails * Support with overall delivery against requirements when needed * Updating CRM system and completing associated admin duties * Travelling to client sites across the UK Requirements * Previous experience in Customer Service, Events Management or Customer centric positions, experience within recruitment is a bonus * Driving licence and ability to travel within the UK when necessary – essential * Strong networking abilities * A minimum of 2 years’ experience within Customer focussed positions Preferred Skills * Microsoft Office Systems (Excel and PowerPoint) * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) * Organised and efficient * Good attention to detail * Very good time management * Problem solving / using initiative The role is predominantly based at our Head Office in Reading but will require regular travelling to client sites across the UK.
