You will be responsible for MIG welding on mild steel components, working from basic drawings to produce high-quality welds. The role involves both production and bespoke welding tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in line with company standards. You'll work closely with the fabrication team and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workshop. About The Role Key Responsibilities MIG welding on mild steel components. Working from weld drawings to understand customer requirements. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality is achieved and maintained. Welding both hi & low volume weldments. Work closely with the fabrication team. Troubleshoot welding issues and contribute to process improvement. Carry out routine preventative maintenance. Assist cross training with fellow employees. Adhere to all health & safety requirements and keep a safe tidy workspace.
