Responsibilities of the Pensions Senior Administrator or Manager
-Assist in the management of pensions processing, servicing, and administration teams
-Ensure team objectives are set in a customer focussed culture
-Provide QC on the teams work
-Own incidents and drive forwards process improvements
-Keep up to date with regulatory changes
-Manage third party relationships (clients, suppliers, HMRC, regulators)
Background of the Pensions Senior Administrator or Manager
-Experience working within Financial Services
-Experience of pensions administration
-Understanding of pensions products and regulations
-Ideally experience at assistant manager or team leader level, however senior administrators will be considered
