This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience, particularly in credit control and cash allocation, who is looking to take ownership of the AR function within a supportive and values-led environment.
You will work closely with the wider finance team and operational managers to ensure accurate and timely customer billing, collections, and reporting - playing a key role in maintaining cash flow and supporting continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
1. Manage the accounts receivable inbox and respond to billing and payment queries in a timely and professional manner
2. Accurately raise sales invoices and credit notes in the ERP system
3. Allocate customer payments to ledger accounts
4. Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
