This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a varied residential property caseload.
The Role
* Supporting and managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling a busy caseload efficiently and accurately
* Working in line with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
* Providing a high level of client care throughout the transaction process
* Working collaboratively within a well-established conveyancing team
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Residential Conveyancer
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
* Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Proactive, organised, and client-focused
* Committed to maintaining high compliance and quality standards
