The Recruitment Consultant Job
· Recruit high-quality candidates by sourcing via various job boards, linked in and recruitment platforms.
· Telephone screen candidates, assessing suitability and compliance for roles.
· Confidently generate new sales business & bring on new temporary or permanent jobs to increase revenue on your desk.
· Ensure all bookings are inputted on the system for payroll and liaise with any necessary departments in relation to manging your team of staff.
· Form strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring an excellent delivery of service at all times.
· Develop an in-depth knowledge of the compliance, requirements and industry in relation to your desk.
· New business and account development working with some of the UKs leading blue chip brands or the NHS sector
You Will Be
· An experienced and motivated sales individual / Recruiter keen to get on the phone and progress within the business.
· Motivated to make money and increase revenue.
· Well organised & able to prioritise tasks.
· Confident using technology and social media
