Who are we looking for from you? Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions whilst bringing fresh ideas and creativity to your delivery. Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives. Qualifications: To hold QTS/QTLS. Experience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in online delivery would be an added advantage. Knowledge: Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.
