Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the care sector to find a dedicated Care Compliance Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for helping to ensure the highest standards of Compliance and Care across all of their care homes covering the East Midlands, ensuring outstanding levels of elderly care standards for residents. Location Based at a Support Hub in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities * Produce Compliance Reports for each home on a monthly basis. * Provide training and development for Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Carers. * Ensure complaints and safeguarding incidents are logged, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner. * Maintain and proactively manage logs for pressure sores, DoLs, falls, and weights. * Prepare for external inspections, typically held monthly. * Participate in weekend on-call duties approximately every third weekend of every month. * Improve compliance and care standards in underperforming homes by working closely with home Essential: * At least two years’ experience in a Deputy Manager role or a similar position within the elderly care home sector. * At least one year’s experience delivering training, such as manual handling (train the trainer), fire safety (train the trainer), medication (train the trainer), or care planning. * NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equival...
