Sinoboom is a leading global manufacturer of aerial work platforms (AWPs) and access equipment. Sinoboom UK supplies booms, scissor lifts and related parts/services across the UK and Ireland, supporting rental companies, contractors and end-users with high-quality machines and aftermarket support.
Role summary
You will manage invoicing, sales admin, manage order processing and coordinate with operations, logistics and aftersales to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries (phone, email, CRM) from rental companies, distributors, dealers and end-users; qualify leads and convert to orders.
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals and pricing for machines, parts and service packages; follow up to close sales.
Process sales orders, manage order lifecycle (order entry, invoicing, delivery scheduling) and ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM/ERP.
Build and maintain customer accounts, track sales pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue.
Resolve customer issues promptly (escalate complex technical/service matters) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Produce sales reports, KPIs and market feedback to help shape pricing, product offering and promotions.
Provide accounts receivable support: raise and check invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, reconcile customer accounts, prepare aged debtor reports and escalate overdue accounts to finance.
Assist with credit checks and new-customer account setup in coordination with finance.
Qualifications & experience
1+ years’ experience in internal sales or inside sales, ideally within construction equipment, access platforms, industrial machinery, or automotive/parts distribution.
Experience working with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel) for order processing and reporting.
Technical aptitude and ability to understand basic machine specifications and attachments.
Strong written and verbal English; other EU languages a plus.

Based in Derby HQ, with occasional travel to sites, trade shows and supplier locations.
Full-time, Monday–Friday
