Lead, Inspire, Thrive - Shape the Future with Birch Veterinary Centre.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Birch Vets on a 12-month fixed-term contract while the Clinical Director is on maternity leave, with the possibility to stay on permanently afterward.
We are a busy first opinion 3-practice group seeking an enthusiastic new team member. The role involves a mix of consulting and surgical procedures. Our diverse client base includes insured clients and those seeking the best for their pets, enabling comprehensive medical workups and extensive soft tissue & orthopaedic surgeries. We also collaborate closely with Merseyside Police, Guide Dogs for the Blind, and other Wirral charities.
Rota & Work-Life Balance
We offer a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours to support your work-life balance. A typical full-time role involves 40 hours per week with a 1:3 weekend rota (9am-1pm/9am-2pm). We can accommodate early finish times (1pm or 4pm) and reduced hours as needed.
