My dream is for it to help millions of people, no matter how fit you are, to smash your goals and feel amazing” – Joe Wicks What the job involves We’re looking a Product Manager that can help our users build lasting habits and stay motivated throughout their health and fitness journey. You’ll have a deep understanding of our users, from running regular user research sessions to staying on top of user feedback and suggestions. You’ll own the Retention & Engagement roadmap - from discovering opportunities through to delivery and measuring impact. You’ll prioritise initiatives that move the needle on key engagement metrics. You’ll analyse quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behaviour, uncover pain points, and identify areas for improvement. You’ve got great attention for detail - from spotting bugs during QA testing, to writing well thought out acceptance criteria on tickets. You’ll work closely with engineering and design to ship meaningful features at pace. You’ll collaborate with other team members across the business (Content, Marketing, Data, Support, Finance) to gather input and build alignment. You’ll use tools like Amplitude, Miro, Slack and Notion in your day to day for collaboration and communication. You’ll report into the Head of Product and work closely with our designers and software engineers to deliver meaningful impact to our users. Requirements 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C subscription apps or in health and fitness. You’ve got experience across the full product development life cycle, from discovery to delivery and measuring impact. Strong user research skills and analytical skills. Comfortable speaking to users and using both qual and quant data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and marketing. A proven track record of improving user retention and/or engagement metrics. Comfortable working with ambiguity and prioritising in a fast-paced environment Growth Mindset. Interview process Screener Call: Initial 30-minute call to assess general suitability and fit. 1st Round Interview: 45-minute call with Head of Product to hear about your experience & skills Take home Task: One-hour session with Product, Engineering & Design to present and collaborate on your Task. Final round: A 30-minute chat with our CEO. Salary Banding £50k-£60k Location We are based in Richmond, London, and this role requires office presence on Mondays and Thursday.
