Our client is seeking a 2-year PQE+ Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a caseload acting for small and medium sized businesses, with additional experience within residential Property matters. Type of Work:
Handling the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial and business premises (freehold and leasehold).
Advising landlords and tenants on new leases and lease renewals, including under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Managing lease documentation, including licences to assign, sublet, and alter.
Providing general commercial landlord and tenant advice, and support on commercial property acquisitions and finance.
Assisting with property acquisitions for development and sales at auction.
Supporting colleagues and ensuring work complies with the firm’s risk management and file procedures.
Supervising fee-earning work and contributing to a collaborative, collegiate team environment.Benefits:
