The Fashion Communications Assistant will coordinate the press office, showroom, and content studio, focusing on managing samples, image databases, and influencer activations.

What You’ll do:
You’ll collaborate across skillsets daily. Here’s a snapshot:
* Maintain and update online image banks (PR shots, Digital DAM, iHeart) and inform the team
* Research collateral for press events and seasonal activations
* Draft PR materials including press releases, social media plans, event orders, and briefing documents
* Pitch effectively to online press, print, and influencers
* Prepare fashion and news alerts for global markets and manage communication calendars
* Support PR strategies aligned with global marketing and brand goals
* Manage media and influencer gifting, seeding, and goody bags for events
* Oversee PR samples distribution to media, influencers, agencies, and showrooms
What You'll Bring:
We want everyone to feel their contribution counts. You’ll need:
* A fashion-based or PR/marketing qualification (graduate level)
* At least 1 year of PR agency or in-house experience
* Interest in the social influencer landscape
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
