Salary: From £26,250 per annum (pro-rated for part-time roles)

Tasks Will Involve
* Using your initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service provided.
* Leading and motivating the team and delegating responsibility.
* Managing the store in the manager’s absence
* Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve excellent results and delegating tasks.
* Working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability.
* Assisting with training new partners (employees) and welcoming them into the team.
