What the school offers its staff
It is an exciting time to join our high-energy team and take on the challenges ahead.
In our recent and highly successful Ofsted inspection (March 2025), our school was praised for its deeply rooted culture of good behaviour, high expectations, and a strong ethos of learning — all of which make our school a fantastic place to work.
We have developed our own bespoke curriculum, which is fully embedded in the school and reflective of our local community. With a philosophy centered on hands-on learning and strong cross-curricular links, we are looking for staff who shares our passion for achievement and our drive to ensure success for every member of our community.
Commitment to safeguarding
The school is committed to equal opportunities and safer recruitment practice. Pre-employment checks will be undertaken before any post is confirmed. This post is subject to enhanced disclosure and barring service checks. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
