This is a newly created role supporting the fast growth of this administration team and requires an experienced candidate with relevant experience of working face to face with clients and other key internal stakeholders. Part of this role will also include building the team to support future growth opportunities, continuous improvement, developing the operational target operating model and embedding administration further capabilities from a right-shored administration team.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Supporting the Operations Leader with the management, development, and coordination of the team to ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly workload is completed in line with service standards and internal MI reporting.
2. Managing relationships and acting as a key point of contact for interactions and escalations with internal stakeholders, the client, and external member/policyholder servicing.
3. Encouraging and driving innovation within the team.
4. Leading, motivating, developing, and appraising team members, identifying and closing performance gaps, and providing development opportunities.
5. Providing strategic input into the development of the target operating model, designing innovative approaches and solutions aligned with business and client needs, and establishing quality control processes.
6. Supporting the Exec business unit owner to shape the operating model for future growth.
7. Participating in ad-hoc activities as determined by the Operations Leader and/or Exec business owner.
