Our client is a specialist provider of support services for adults with Autism and complex needs. They empower individuals to live independently, with dignity and purpose, while providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Site Service Manager to oversee three supported living services in Wembley. All services are located on the same street and are supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager in each location.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage three established Supported Living services nearby
* Supervise and support Deputy Managers and front-line staff
* Ensure delivery of high-quality care tailored to individual needs
* Promote independence and quality of life for residents
* Manage staff performance, development, and training
* Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead to continuously improve service delivery
* Handle incidents of challenging behaviour with a calm, professional, and resilient approach
* Essential Requirements
o NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
o Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a residential or supported living service
o At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with Autism
o Proven experience managing behaviours that challenge
o Manual UK Driving Licence (essential for occasional use of the house vehicle)
Desirable:
o Degree in Psychology or a related field

Experience:
o Autism Support: 2 years (required)
o Service Management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
o UK Driving Licence (Manual) (required)
o NVQ level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or above (required)
