Overview
Base pay range: Mode is proud to be partnered with a prestigious luxury fragrance brand seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day running of a high performing Flagship retail store on Bond Street.
Our client is a prestigious fragrance house, renowned worldwide for its artistry, craftsmanship, and passion for scent. Their boutiques are immersive spaces where fragrance becomes an experience. With a growing international presence, the brand is admired for its heritage, creativity, and dedication to excellence in both product and service.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the development of a passionate team in an inspiring environment in one of London's most prestigious locations.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and KPIs (including conversion, ATV, and UPT).
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
* Assist with staff training and development, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in representing our products and values.
* Support with visual merchandising, product launches, and in-store events.
* Help to manage day-to-day operations, including stock control, cash handling, and store standards.
* Act as a role model in maintaining a positive, professional, and engaging store atmosphere.
* Take on supervisory responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
* Strong understanding of KPIs and how to drive team performance.
* A natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
