The Global Learning Academy (GLA) is British Airways learning function and our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. We're focused on providing the training that our colleagues need to be their best, because every colleague matters.
The GLA is made up of diverse teams that design and deliver Pilot & Cabin Crew training, Engineering training as well as above-wing and below-wing training for our Global Airport teams. Additionally, the GLA designs and delivers training for Head Office specialists, Global Engagement Centres and delivers our Apprenticeships and Graduate programmes.
The Role
Project Manager - Global Learning Academy
This role is accountable for the management and delivery of strategic projects, continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews for the Global Learning Academy. Successfully delivering projects and improvements, the successful candidate will be an advocate of the GLA - a role model, motivating and inspiring who will go the extra mile.

1. Proven ability to deliver projects (essential)
2. Experience of decision making that requires balancing operational, people and business needs (essential)
3. An accurate and meticulous approach to work (essential)
4. Stakeholder management (essential)
5. Experience of leading diverse/ cross-functional teams (essential)
6. Professional Project Management accreditation (desired)
